Great Job Jamie. You echo my sentiment.
I used to be very conservative. Not only in runs but also in training. The thought was always to start slow and push a tiny bit at the end, at least get to the finish line. It has never worked for me. I'm challenging everybody now, even the much faster guys n with suprising results. Keep up the great work! Congrats.
