Congrats for a new 10K PR!I figure if you can log in another 3 LSD of 3Hr15 to 3hr30 plus quality tempo sessions plus lots of easy shorter recovery runs, you can break sub 4 for your sundown race in S'pore.All der best!

I gather that there are a few half marathons on the 27th April - Klang & Bidor. It will be a good long tempo work out and at the same time collect another PR for your half.
