Amazing run considering the fact on the low mileage u put on weekly prior to the 30k.
Looks like a marathon PR is just around the corner! :-)

Ya, it's Frank. Runnerz is just my small running club. I have been following your adventures since I started running slightly more than a year ago. I even joined you for a run once early last year with Rashid although you went speeding away. Don't think you can remember. Sure, will intro myself when I see you. :)
